Extreme-Index is a research project that has developed a practical index method to predict community vulnerability to multiple natural hazards, occurring in a restricted geographical area or at approximately the same time. The developed method has been applied to wildfires and flooding, with a proof-of-concept approach for their combination. This report provides a high-level overview of the work with references to the main reports and publications produced within the project.
